By placing an order with JSG Designs, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required before any work will commence.
Deposits are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that I am unable to begin your project.
If work has already begun and draft designs have been sent, the deposit is considered payment for time and resources invested and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The remaining balance is due within 24 hours of receiving your final invoice.
Failure to pay within 48 hours will result in a £5 late fee per day added to your invoice.

Design Process & Revisions

All designs are digital only. I do not provide printed materials or printing services at this time.
You will receive draft designs for approval. You have 24 hours to request any changes. This allows me to schedule revisions fairly for all clients and maintain smooth workflow.
Requests for changes made after 24 hours may incur a £5 late fee, added to your final bill.
Once your final files have been sent, please review them carefully. If you notice any errors more than 48 hours after final approval, a £10 fee will apply for any corrections.

File Responsibility

Final files will be sent to you digitally. It is your responsibility to store your files safely. I do not guarantee long-term storage of completed work.

Conduct & Communication

I expect all communication to be respectful.
Aggressive, rude, or abusive messages will result in the immediate cancellation of your project, loss of your deposit, and no further work will be carried out.

Ownership & Usage

Full ownership and permission to use the designs is only granted once full payment has been made.
Using designs without completing payment is strictly prohibited. If you are found to be using my designs without full payment, a £20 fee will be issued.
I reserve the right to showcase completed designs on my website or social media platforms as part of my portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
